Category: Electronic Organs and Parts | Conn 651- Great organ in excellent shape both cosmetically, mechanically, and plays wonderfully. I can send pictures, or videos if wanted. It has an internal leslie which can really pound out a great gospel/theatre/jazz sound. I would really like to see this go into a local theatre, but there is not sufficient revenue for such. Wurlitzer 4602 I really hate to let this one go. This organ needs work-I'm not a technician otherwise, I'd keep it. This cabinet has been 80% refinished and is SOLID-it's about 600lbs. This organ could be repaired, junked for parts or made into a great MIDI project. It does play and have a full sound, however a few of the magnets are not charging, so some stops do not engage and I believe the capacitors in the "percussion unit" need to be replaced since the reverb is constant. Once repaired, this organ could adequately fill a decently-sized sanctuary or auditorium. Hammond M2- This gem served an UMC in Southern WV for many years. I have spruced up a few scratches and shined her up. This organ sounds great, even without a Leslie. It can once again serve a church for another 50 years, become a studio organ, or an "at home" instrument. All three of of these organs are magnificent organs and I REALLY hate to see them go. I'm an organ student and have used these as practice instruments. Had I not intervened these organs could have ended up in the dump. I have access to moving equipment and I can help ship, if compensated. Thanks for looking! |
