Category: Pipe Organs and Parts | 3/10 Robert-Morton theatre pipe organ. Originally installed in Detroit's Grand Riviera Theatre in 1924. Sold and removed by Lee Hohner in 1969, and subsequently installed in three homes; the most recent being in Three Rivers, Michigan. Basically intact and original, with only changes being an electronic relay and the addition of a totally rebuilt Wurlitzer Chrysoglott (49n). As follows: 16' - 4' Tuba, 16' - 4' Diaphone/Open Diapason, 16' - 2' Bourdon/Concert Flute, 8' - 2' Violin I, 8' - 4' Violin II (celeste), 8' Orchestral Oboe, 8' Kinura, 8' Clarinet, 8' - 4' Tibia Clausa, 8' - 4' Vox Humana, 49n Marimba, 37n Glockenspiel, 37n Xylophone, 20n Chimes. Full complement of traps, effects, drums & cymbals. 10hp Spencer blower with modern phase converter. Three regulators and Marimba professionally restored within the past five years.
