Estey Model T reed organ (c. 1910-20); removed from a church in SF 30 years ago. 2 manual, 30 pedal (non AGO) Vacuum pump works, organ does work, but is far from perfect. Not all Reed's play (require cleaning and tuning). Matching Estey bench included! Has three swell shoes for front/rear dampers and crescendo. Cabinet is mostly complete but was partially removed for action assessment. I just don't have the time, space, or money for a project like this. Organ is in a garage on ground level with easy street access. You must bring an organ dolly to move this beast! You must bring additional helpers. I cannot help as I have a bad back.
