Category: Electronic Organs and Parts | Selling a large complete, fully functional Hauptwerk V -based virtual pipe organ. This is a custom-built, large instrument. Additional pictures and details can be provided to any serious buyer. The intent is to sell this entire instrument together, and not part out any of the components. This would be a wonderful addition to a home, church or other gathering space. The console is 30.5 inches deep, so will fit through any standard 32 door. Included would be all the "programming" that has been done to align the audio and MIDI to make all the hardware work seamlessly together. Also included is all wiring and cabling (including speaker cables). The system is run via a Lenovo ThinkPad I7 Workstation with 64GB RAM. This has been a very stable platform and provides the advantage of being able to quickly remove the computer so that others dont access (if desired). Since this is a very custom instrument, the best situation would be a buyer who could come see and play it, see that it all functions well, learn how it is all put together, then (with my help) dismantle it and take it away, then new owner would re-assemble at the future destination. Location is on a first floor, and ramps are available for removal down front steps. This could easily be transported via UHaul (with ramp). Buyer must understand that there is an infinite level of customization that can be done, and the owner can do as much or as little of this to customize to their surroundings and personal desires. An owner must feel comfortable making hardware and software improvements. Original hardware cost was in excess of $25K, including countless hours of integration and customization. Asking price is $18K. This is not a mandatory sale, so low-ball offers or requests for parting out will not be entertained. |
