Want to Buy: Looking for smaller Allen or Rodgers Theatre Organ

I am desperately looking for a "small" electronic theatre organ made by either Allen or Rodgers. The organ must have a self-contained speaker enclosed. Also, it must have a full AGO pedalboard. I retired to a smaller home and have no place for huge speakers. There are some beautiful organs for sale in this forum, but just too big for my house. I live in Florida, but already had an instrument shipped from Chicago, so transportation is no problem. My price range is even more negotiable if I can find the perfect fit.
